Young people we support are aged 16 - 25 with complex disabilities, have an active education health and care plan, and have one or more of the following: sensory impairments, moderate to complex learning difficulties, require specialist communication support, Asperger syndrome and Autistic spectrum conditions, and require positive behavioural support.
