Grow Wild Outreach is a community-based alternative education and engagement service supporting children, young people, and adults through nature-based learning, creativity, and real-life experiences.
We work with individuals aged 5 to 24 through a flexible, inclusive alternative education offer that meets them where they are. Our provision is especially suited for young people who are neurodivergent, have social, emotional or mental health needs (SEMH), are disengaged from school, or require a more nurturing, hands-on approach to learning.
Our programmes are person-centred, and built around outdoor learning, practical skills, environmental action, conservation, gardening, art, animal care, and community contribution. We prioritise well-being, confidence, communication, and employability, offering AQA-accredited units, tailored projects, and transition support into further training or work.
For those aged 18+, including young people leaving education and adults looking to re-engage with learning or meaningful activity, we offer day services. These focus on skills-building, independence, and connection—with flexible pathways that support mental health, social inclusion, and personal growth.
Our work spans across Croydon, Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire, and is shaped by decades of experience in disability support, alternative education, and community development.
At Grow Wild Outreach, we believe that growth doesn't always follow a straight line—and that every person deserves space, respect, and the chance to thrive in their own time and way.
